We first heard of DWD in 2011 through a good friend who had recently moved his commercial plumbing business in to new premises very near to where our head office is now. We had to move our head office and were looking for a solution which incorporated our many business mobiles, many business landlines spanning across several of our car parks and also our requirement for much faster broadband services than we had been used to in our old premises.
Simon and DWD Telecoms came highly recommended to us. We found that DWD, amongst many telecoms companies we approached, not only seemed to be able to offer the most comprehensive solution but also were able to present and describe the various services and technology they were able to provide in a way that was very easy for us to understand. We could tell straight away that they knew exactly what they were talking about and had made every effort to understand exactly how our business works and the additional complications we had to overcome in some of our car parks. Additionally we were able to have more phones, more broadband connections, infinitely more flexibility with managing and routing our calls and still save a considerably on our monthly telephony and broadband outgoings.

With massive growth in the last 18 months, the support we have received from DWD has been exceptional. Whatever we throw at the team, they deliver. They understand our requirements, and have a solution to every challenge we present them with. They are key to our expansion and pro-actively provide us with solutions, as well as bearing costs in mind. The development of our relationship is on-going as Aurora continues to evolve at an amazing pace.
DWD have provided Mytime with mobile and other telecoms services for over 5 years. Their pro-active, personable support team headed up by Emma are a pleasure to deal with. We have daily contact with and they deal with anything we throw at them! Our costs have dropped and the time our internal staff used to spend on mobile management has halved. Their pro-active approach to looking after our account also revealed some billing errors from Vodafone. DWD picked up on this before us and arranged the for relevant credits. We continue to develop our relationship with DWD in other areas such as fixed line and IT support. We are now working with them on a ‘partnership’ level of support where they will be supporting some of our key sites as part of our internal IT team. This is a relationship that has never been possible with larger players. We are looking forward to implementing this in the next few weeks.
