During these very difficult times for us all, we remain open with all staff working from home or isolated.

Our support response times are generally normal with some minor delays. We are seeing long delays on responses from Openreach (including delays to repairs and no face to face appointments), O2, Vodafone and EE.

The quickest way to get help is to email – please try not to email individuals, as these may be missed. If you have a critical issue, eg, complete loss of service, please call 01424 23 33 33 for immediate assistance.

We have already helped hundreds of customers with home working solutions and we are here to help and advise further. Please email or call 01424 23 33 33 – for those customers using our Horizon or HVS VoIP service, we have several options we can offer completely free of charge.

More than ever, we understand the importance of keeping you connected right now. We are here to help in any way we can.

Most importantly, for everyone, follow the government guidelines and be kind to each other. We would like to thank our amazing frontline workers such as NHS staff, supermarket staff, emergency services, volunteers, and the many unsung heroes of this moment helping us all.
