We are pleased to say Horizon services are now returning to normal following the earlier national outage. If you are still experiencing problems, please power off your device and back on again. If the issue persists, please email or call 01424 233333. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We are aware of network issues affecting Horizon customers causing disruption to this service.  Engineers are working to resolve the issue as a matter or urgency. Some users have managed to gain service again by powering off their handsets, so please can you try this. We will be placing regular updates here as soon as we get them.
